You are passionate about communication and sustainability, like project work and want to learn more about corporate communications and reporting of a listed company? Then you may be interested in doing an internship at Lindt & Sprüngli in the Group Communications team. Reporting to the Group Sustainability Communications Manager, you will be a member of the Group Communications team based at Lindt & Sprüngli's headquarters in Kilchberg, Switzerland. Amidst a changing regulatory environment and increasing sustainability reporting requirements, you will have the opportunity to help shape the communication of an international listed company and its premium chocolate brands. By supporting a full annual sustainability reporting cycle from the initial concept to the final product, you will gain relevant and sought-after experience.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
  • Support project management of annual sustainability report
  • Support all sustainability-related communication projects and tasks
  • Update all sustainability-relevant communication materials, including websites, presentations, brochures, holding statements, etc.
  • Support the preparation of sustainability communication guidelines
  • Content creation (briefings, articles, videos, brochures, etc.)
  • Support with and manage content on company intranet
  • Coordination of subsidiary inquiries and support with media and other inquiries
  • Organization and support of corporate events
  • Editing and reviewing of media releases / answers media inquiries
  • Support external communication with media and daily media monitoring
PROFILE:
  • Student (Bachelor or Master) in Communication, Journalism, or a related area
  • First professional experience in corporate communications, journalism, sustainability communication or related area preferred
  • Strong affinity for sustainability matters (understanding of the cocoa industry is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Sharepoint)
  • Ability to work independently but as a strong team player
  • Being able to work cross-function
  • High standards of quality and organization
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset
