For our Headquarters in Kilchberg we are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Financial Accountant (50% work pensum), reporting to the Head of Accounting.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Statutory and management (IFRS) accounts of the management company Lindt & Sprüngli Financière AG (general ledger, sub-ledger accounts payable)
  • Booking of bank and general ledger transactions
  • Monthly standard entries
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Recording of finance results in group reporting software (Cognos)
  • Tax filings, i.e. Swiss VAT
  • Intercompany reconciliation on a quarterly base
  • Conducting monthly closings of general ledger 
  • Year-end closing of sub-ledger and statutory and management acocunts
  • Assist in the external audit (preparation before and support during audit)
  • Supporting the preparation of forecasts and budget
  • Assist in Corporate Treasury
  • Daily and/or monthly reconciliation of outstanding transactions
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Swiss certified accountant („Fachfrau/-mann Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (EFA)”)
  • Experience in accounting, especially month-end and year-end closings - ideally in a holding accounting environment
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with the accounting software ABACUS
  • Knowledge of OR (code of obligation) and IFRS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Analytical, logical and conceptual capabilities
  • Proactive thinking, solution-oriented work approach
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexible, reliable, trustworthy and loyal

  • High quality standards
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
