WHAT WE OFFER:
18 months global training in 3 different Lindt & Sprüngli subsidiaries to gain holistic experience in Operations/ R&D/ Quality:
  • Learn the basics of chocolate making (General Chocolate production Knowledge: Processes and technologies, composition, taste and behavior) in production
  • Get exposure to managerial tasks in production (managing shifts, KPI measurements) and get insights in Safety, Industrial Performance and Planning
  • Learn the basics of R&D (Product development, process engineering) and Quality (systems, analysis, standards and controls) and get insights in Controlling
Upon successful completion of the program, the first assignment will be in production as shift supervisor in one of our worldwide operating and producing companies within the Lindt & Sprüngli Group. This experience builds the foundation for a successful career as a future leader in Operations/ R&D. 

WHAT YOU CAN OFFER:
  • Master in Food Science/Technology (e.g. ETH) or related studies
  • Curious in career opportunities in the Operations/ R&D/ Quality environment of the chocolate industry

  • Knowledge of English and one additional European language is a must (German, Italian, French)
