Lindt & Sprüngli International is looking for a Corporate Controller - Operations to join the Group Corporate Controlling team in the company’s Headquarter in Kilchberg, Switzerland. As the Corporate Controller, you will report to the Senior Corporate Controller and work closely with the broader Operations team.
In this role, you will be a key business partner for International Operations and Local Operations – owning and driving COGS for Lindt & Sprüngli.

IN THIS ROLE YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE TO:

1. Conversion cost Transformation
  • Co-lead, together with Industrial Performance, the conversion cost transformation program through building a reporting system for transparency on conversion costs (volume, inflation, portfolio/mix and performance)
  • Co-lead COGS benchmark analysis between subsidiaries. Initialize projects in coordination with local subsidiaries and global purchase / operations to identify and realize cost savings
  • Track progress vs set objectives, analyze deviations, and propose action plan
2. Sustainability Controlling
  • Business Partner for all sustainability matters within Operations
  • Liaise with Non-Financial Reporting team
  • Lead pilot projects to quantify carbon pricing (capex shadow pricing, carbon emission in transportation, …)
3. Budget, Forecasts, Actual Closing
  • Co‐ordination of yearly Intercompany Pricing‐Budgeting (volume and pricing)
  • Prepare report to the Board of Director’s according to specific allocation of tasks within the Corporate Controlling Team for Latest Estimates, Budget, Actuals and tertial reports
  • Annual Report: Preparation of notes according to specific allocation of task
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Operations Controlling 
  • Experience in FMCG required – preference for international matrix organization
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English (corporate language); any other language is an asset
  • Excellent MS Excel Skills
  • Natural affinity for IT and Business Software; SAP and Cognos BI / - Analytics knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Must be able to communicate and influences effectively at all levels, and across all departments
  • Commercially focused and analytical
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing business demands
  • Can deliver results and work to tight deadlines
  • Proactive attitude and ability to identify improvement opportunities and conduct them
