General Key Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and implementation of the non-financial reporting process at local (Subsidiary) level
- Coordinate, in strong collaboration with NFR Champion, the internal non-financial reporting closings
- Support Data Collector in data gathering & entering
- Safeguard data submission deadlines for local Subsidiary defined by Group Controlling
- Participate in audit if required
- Keep track of latest developments in Reporting standards and local (country) legislations and assess impact on reporting
- Attend NFR trainings and support the the local organization on the training content (“train the trainer”)
- In cooperation with the local LICS (Lindt Internal Control System) Champion, define local application of group-defined standard controls, subsequent implementation and periodic control assessment
- Support the local LICS Champion in monitoring the adherence to principles set out in the non-financial reporting manual
Profile - Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics/Business Administration
Professional Background:
A minimum of two years experience in the area of Accounting/Controlling/Internal or External Auditing. Previous direct experience or specific knowledge in Sustainability management together with strong affinity for data collection/numbers will be considered a plus.
Personality:
Curious, determined, with entrepreneurial spirit, ambition to learn, good skills of relationship, with a positive and proactive approach. We are seeking a good team player, able to collaborate at all levels.
